MISSION STATEMENT
To provide a safe, healthy and holistic environment for
seniors. Encourage living life to the fullest extent
possible by each resident and give reassurance that
through Friendship, Love and Truth, we are dedicated
to providing quality care for all that come to us.
Home for the Aged
The Grand Lodge of Texas established the Home for the Aged in 1905 for aged Odd Fellows and widows of Odd Fellows and aged Rebekahs who practice the great principles of FRIENDSHIP, LOVE AND TRUTH. Odd Fellowship was the first Fraternal Organization to build and maintain homes for aged and indigent members, widows and orphans. The Home for the Aged (A.K.A. Odd Fellow and Rebekah Retirement Center) provides a place of security and comfort and a refuge against the ills of life in their retirement years. The rewards of this fraternal friendship can never be measured in monetary terms. The Home is under the care, custody and control of the Grand Lodge and the W.&O. Homes Board of trustees. They are authorized to delegate certain powers to the Director of the Home as hereinafter provided. The Home is supported by the dues levied on Lodge members, by income of the Homes Endowment Funds and other donated sources.
