Are for girls 8-18 depending on the individual jurisdictions. This organization gives young people the opportunity for leadership and community service. The girls select their own leaders and annual elections are held to select state level leadership as well. The colors of the Theta Rho Girls’ Club are Yale blue and light peach. Blue is symbolic of the bluebird and represents happiness. Light peach represents thoughtfulness and teaches us to render service to others.

Theta Rho (ΘΡ) Greek Letters
There are several IOOF websites that say the Greek letters, Theta and Rho, can be interpreted to mean Daughter of Rebekah. The closest thing found was the Greek word for daughter which is κÏŒρη. The Greek letters for Theta and Rho are “Θ” and “Ρ” respectively. The word for daughter in the Greek appears to have the Greek letter “Θ” (theta) and “Ρ” (rho) in the middle of the word however, that is not the case the letters are “ÏŒ” (Omnicron) and “ρ” (Rho). It is unlikely that Theta Rho can be interpreted to mean Daughter of Rebekah in the Greek.  In terms of the meaning and origin of the given name Theta it is considered to be a derivative of the Old German Theda meaning "people". The Greek letter “Ρ” (rho) is the first letter of the Greek name for Rebekah. If you really wanted to stretch for a meaning you could say it represents the people of Rebekah.
Nevertheless, it has become the international symbol for the Theta Rho Girls’ Club, which is committed to improving character, modeling good citizenship, emulating friendship, love and truth, and finding happiness through service.
